Gladiolus

The Gladiolus Lovespoon

Floriography:

Strength and integrity

The Latin word "gladius," which means sword, gives rise to the name "gladiolus," which refers to them due to their shape. Gladioli were closely associated with gladiators in ancient Rome. Some people think that gladiators wore gladiolus corms around their necks to protect themselves from harm and to help them win battles. The gladiolus flower's association with gladiators makes it a symbol of strength and integrity.
